Welcome to the World
Welcoming your baby into the world is one of life’s most powerful, emotional, and unforgettable experiences.
Birth photography and videography allow you to relive those first cries, the love and strength that fill the room, and the moment you finally meet your little one. To make sure I don’t miss a second of it, I go on call for you starting at 38 weeks—ready day or night to be by your side from 6cm up until 1-2 hours postpartum.
These aren’t just photos or videos—they’re the story of your baby’s very first day, told in the most authentic way possible.

How does it work?
Always ready for you
Birth doesn’t follow a schedule, which is why I keep my phone close and my calendar flexible as your due date approaches. Starting at 38 weeks, I’m officially on call for you—day or night. To give each family the care and attention they deserve, I take on only a limited number of births each year so there’s no risk of overlap.
When it's go time
As soon as labor begins, just send me a quick call or text to keep me in the loop. Once things are progressing (around 6 cm), I head your way and stay until about 1–2 hours after your baby’s arrival. This allows me to capture not only the birth itself but also those first quiet moments together—skin to skin, meeting siblings, or simply soaking in the wonder of it all.
If things move fast
Sometimes babies have their own timeline and arrive before I can get there. In those cases, I’ll still come to your place of birth to capture your first hours together as a family. If timing makes that impossible, we’ll pivot to a Fresh 48 session and can add a cozy in-home session to ensure your story is still told beautifully.
The Births

![Happy new year everyone! 2025 was a great year where I got to be part of so many celebrations and I can't wait to see what 2026 brings. I wanted to do a quick 'year in review' where I share my top 10 favourite photos that I took in 2025 (in no particular order).
1. I have known Sarah and Emma for their entire lives and this was just a cute little photo I snapped of the sisters at a wedding I was working. Most of my clients come from word of mouth so more often than not, I end up knowing some of the guests!
2. I love this photo of Adrianna and Kevin from their wedding. You would have never guessed that this little bridge in the foliage was right next to a parking lot but it provided the perfect backdrop for this sweet moment.
3. This is a photo of my little guy taken at Watson Farms and I it's one of my favourites from this year because he just looks so darn grown up in it! It was also his first time in a corn maze so of course, that had to be documented.
4. The LIGHTING. That's all I have to say about this one. The golden hour lighting behind Cassandra and Kameel was just gorgeous and you tell they couldn't be happier.
5. There is something about photos of a mother with her child that will always feel special to me, probably because I am a mom myself and we all know that its rare to get nice photos of ourselves with our children. I though this picture of Shannon and her little one was just too perfect not to include.
6. Speaking of children, here is my little guy Xavier again during our 2025 Easter shoot. He is quite the poser and loves doing silly faces.
7. The pink flowers at the Oshawa Botanical Gardens were so pretty as a backdrop behind Nicole and Chris. I loved the way it matched their bouquet and boutonniere flowers. Also, just look at how cute they are!
8. In the summer of 2025, we adopted 2 young cats. This is Butters on his first day in his new home. They were a little bit nervous so I just sat quietly on my bed with my zoom lens and snapped this shot as he was exploring the room.
